This was seriously the nicest experience I've ever had in a subway. I was greeted with a big hello at the door and everyone was so helpful and friendly. The place was super clean. I know it seems silly to review a day food joint, but I would stop again there in a heartbeat.

Kid running the place lost his shit and blew up calling vulgar names. And this was with poor service and rude behavior that prompted from me a suggestion that apologies go along way with a customer when you blow the order. He went off the deep end. When reported to manager was told he would get a citation. A citation?!?
Seriously? And no one will give the franchise owners name or number. So they are clueless to how awful the service is. Was a regular.

Stopped in Fredericksburg Subway, on Hwy. 16 for a bite. In front of us was a woman who had a spiral notebook with orders (over 10 different sandwiches, salads, etc.) at 11:25 a.m. on 6/7/2018, just before the lunch hour rush. I spoke up about perhaps calling in the order or maybe the manager could divert one or two people to accommodate her order so the rest of us (a line out the door including workers who only have 30 min. for lunch and women with kids) but nope.....they let her spend almost an hour with her "custom" orders, while everyone else waited, with many walking out in disgust. I spoke up again when the young lady behind the counter started to apologize and told her that they needed SOMEONE with brains to manage the place / people properly. First off, the lady should have been told that it was lunch hour rush and she is NOT ENTITLED to make the rest of us wait for almost an HOUR! There were 4 people working with one on the cash register. I doubt the manager has ever had training or schooling in the restaurant management business. The franchise owner is Shane Frasier (as a plaque proudly proclaims). The address is 1017 Hwy. 16. We have been loyal customers of Subway for years....But.....NEVER AGAIN at that location!!!! Oh, and when you call the number on the window.....you get crap, just like their service.
